The Inter-Tribal Council of Nevada issues this Notice of Intent to Award the Design-Build contract for the new childcare facility in Schurz, Nevada:
Selected Contractor: Mobile Modular
Contract Price: $1,640,132.00
Scope of Work: Complete architectural design, permitting, site preparation, utility connections, and vertical construction.
In accordance with federal grant procurement rules under 2 CFR § 200.318(k), aggrieved offerors have seven calendar days from the posting date to file a formal written protest. The protest period closes on August 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST.
Protests must be delivered via email to the Owner’s Representative and contain the specific factual and legal grounds for the challenge. Protests received after the deadline will not be considered. If no formal written protests are received by the closing date, ITCN will proceed with contract execution.
